Find and download a polyphonic ringtone for MacGyver for use with the.

The goal is to find out what is required to make and distribute a ring
tone of the MacGyver theme.

Convert from existing source to polyphonic
- Find the copy of the associated MP3 (e.g. NKWAP's MacGyver theme)
- Find a utility for performing the conversion between the available formats
- If necessary, find a WAV converter (see for example ``wav2mmf '').
